Reembolsos & Returns Policy is the important part of our rules. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.

Cancelación de orden

Todos los pedidos pueden cancelarse hasta que se envíen. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, debes contactarnos dentro de 12 horas. Una vez que el proceso de empaque y envío ha comenzado, ya no se puede cancelar.

Reembolsos

• you receive the wrong item
• you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

When returning the goods, the buyer must ensure that the returned goods are in their original condition. If any items are damaged or lost during the return, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not provide the buyer with a full refund. The buyer must sue the shipping company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
When returning the goods, the Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
