rimborsi & Returns Policy is the important part of our rules. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 ore. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Perciò, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

When returning the goods, the buyer must ensure that the returned goods are in their original condition. If any items are damaged or lost during the return, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not provide the buyer with a full refund. The buyer must sue the shipping company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
When returning the goods, the Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
